I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible. At least 24 hours’ notice is appreciated whenever you’re able, as I travel from outside of town and prepare specifically for each appointment. Due to the time and preparation involved for certain services, a booking deposit is required for brazilian waxes, bikini waxes, lash lift & tint, eyebrow lamination appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. I strive to offer my clients flexibility and understanding, and I appreciate the same in return, as my schedule may occasionally shift due to health considerations. Clear communication and mutual respect are always appreciated. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments. Appointments missed without communication may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who have experienced or suspect an allergic or adverse reaction to a service may be required to complete an additional acknowledgment and release form prior to receiving future services.
